Our property is very intimate, and we treat it as a retreat for our guest, we require a buyout so your guest can enjoy the offerings and experience privately.
How come only select weekends are available for events?
Our property is a very sought after wedding destination and although we have many inquires daily we only limit ourselves to 2 weddings per month.
Why are some of the hotel rates on the website lower than some of the wedding room rates proposed?
Our property is a very busy destination and we are booked up almost daily; when quoting wedding buyouts we do have to take In consideration the loss of regular booking flow over the weekends and market demand. We also take in consideration loss of additional revenue from F&B, packages, and spa offerings that non-group bookings typically bring in.

We do require that you use our preferred vendors for catering, bar, entertainment, and rental companies. We do allow you to bring your own photographer, videographer, florist, and other specialty vendors.

Since you are buying out the property we do make the exception to have children at the property. We only ask that all children are supervised at all times since we have no lifeguard on duty and open fire pits.
Must the event conclude at 10pm?
Due to Palm Springs city ordinance, outdoor events must conclude at 10pm. For Weddings and large celebrations, we do require that you have an after party plan for your guest and have suggestions that you may enjoy.
